Shipping Pricing and Policy

Thank you for shopping with Kingdom Box. We want every gift to bless, encourage, and uplift and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your purchase.

1. Change of Mind Returns (14 Days)

We accept Change of Mind returns within 14 days of delivery.

All approved Change of Mind returns receive store credit only.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify:

  • Items must be unusedunopened, and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be included
  • The return request must be lodged within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Store Credit

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a store credit equal to the product(s) value.

Store credits do not expire.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will replace the item or provide a refund.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

3. Lost Shipments

If your order goes missing:

  1. Contact us at  admin@kingdombox.com.au
  2. We will lodge an investigation with the courier
  3. If confirmed lost, we will replace the order or issue a refund

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Food items
  • Teas, drinks, and other consumables
  • Personal care items (soaps, lotions, oils, balms, etc.)
  • Sale items or clearance stock

5. Gift Boxes Received as Gifts

If you received a Kingdom Box as a gift and something is wrong, we can still help.

Please provide:

  • The gifter's name
  • Your name
  • Photos of the issue

We will work with you to resolve it.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued as:

  • Store credit (for all Change of Mind returns)
  • Refund (back to the account that made the purchase)
  • Replacement item (where applicable)

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless Kingdom Box is at fault.
